Invitation to the International Engineering Fair EUROBLECH, which takes place in Hanover, Germany, from 22.-25.10.2024.

The fifth BSM 1100 RDA deburring machine in the Czech Republic in the configuration of the working units of abrasive belt, disc unit and rotary brush unit was installed in a modern, young, manufacturing company in metal production in the Ústí nad Labem region.

During the month of July, before the start of the company summer holiday, the renovation of the floor of the assembly line, which currently excels in cleanliness and organization, was completed.

Successful presentation of the BSM 1100 RD deburring machine designed for laser cutted parts at the ELMIA Plat exhibition in Jonkoping, Sweden (14 - 17 May 2024).

Deburring machine BSM 1100 RDA for laser cutted parts is presented at the show, including novelties - silicone pads for grinding small parts with high surface adhesion and minimal size of the coin-shaped part, and an assistant to the machine operator for easy selection of tools and parameters of machine settings. We would like to invite you to the STOM Kielce Engineering Technology Fair, which takes place from 19 to 22 March 2024 in Kielce, Poland. The BSM 1100 RDA deburring machine will be presented at the fair, you will find us in Hall A / 59. We are looking forward to your visit.

RWT participated in the OPEN HOUSE exhibition of our representation, YES machinery in the United Arab Emirates. Here, the BSM 1100 RDR deburring machine of the Steelline 180 series was successfully presented and samples were ground with customers from the Middle East. At the end of the exhibition, the machine was sold to a customer in Abu Dhabi, so the machine will work alongside a BYSTRONIC laser cutting machine, making strenuous manual grinding easier and thus increasing the company's productivity.

At the end of last year, the production and assembly line were modernized, where a new laser cutting machine was installed for precision burnouts for our deburring machines. Investing in these devices helps us to continuously improve the quality of the machines we produce.
