Steelline metalworking machines for finishing operations
The RWT deburring machine reliably removes burrs, rounds edges and evens out the surface of metal parts after various material cutting technologies. Thanks to a precisely controlled process it achieves high machining quality, improves the safety of handling workpieces and prepares their surface for subsequent production operations such as welding, painting or assembly.
The RWT machine is designed for processing:
- Parts after laser cutting – removal of burrs and the oxide layer, edge rounding and creation of a high-quality final surface.
- Parts from a punching press – removal of sharp edges and burrs, edge rounding and evening out of the surface appearance.
- Stainless steel parts with a protective film – gentle deburring and edge rounding while keeping the protective film intact.
- Workpieces after waterjet cutting – removal of burrs, edge rounding, removal of cutting marks and final surface finishing.
- Parts after plasma cutting – removal of slag, rust, burn marks and run-off, edge rounding and evening out of the material surface.
Using an RWT deburring machine helps to increase product quality, shorten the time of subsequent production operations and achieve consistent results in both series and one-off production.

BSM 650 D
Brushmatic
The Brushmatic BSM 650d grinding machine is the entry model in the metalworking machine category.
It performs finishing operations such as slag removal and edge rounding, and works with a stainless steel brush or other working discs, for example deburring discs or discs for removing oxides.
