Remeber to activate door switches!

  • Door switches. While the machine is running, open the door. The machine must stop in a few seconds.

  • Gate at the input to the loading conveyor. While the machine is running fold the gate down. The conveyor must stop.

  • Table position end limit switches. task a helper to depress the push-button for adjusting the table elevation, and depress the end limit switch in the direction of table movement. The table must stop. Repeat in the opposite direction. Remeber to reactivate door switches.

Check every six months the gauge of brake lining. Let professional service replace lining if necessary.

Inspection of emergency and safety device may be done only by a trained worker well acquainted with the machine.

Should a defect be discovered, the machine must be laid up until the defect has been rectified.

For repair use service authorized by the manufacturer.
